New economic conditions reminded us of the world experience – creating and maintaining a good image provide enterprises with the possibilities to stay on the market during a difficult economic period. During the crisis this is one of the most important tools that guarantees success.
The image-creating group “Made in LT”, which united creative people working in the sphere of image-creation and advertising, is engaged in resolving all the issues related to creating and maintaining the image, provides all kinds of advertising services – beginning with the idea and finishing with the end result. At the present time, seeking to achieve the goals of its customers and partners, the group has made use of its own tools for disseminating information – the internet portal in the English and Lithuanian languages www.madeinlithuania.eu, the magazine Made in Lithuania and its supplements Best Investments in Lithuania and Best of Lithuania.
The recently opened information portal of new possibilities www.madeinlithuania.eu has developed from the magazine Made in Lithuania and the former Internet website of the same address. In the course of four years they have become well known not only in Lithuania but also abroad. They were awarded different prizes for the creation of Lithuania’s image and encouragement of export. In 2008 the magazine Made in Lithuania was an official partner of Lithuania’s exposition at the world exhibition Expo Zaragoza 2008.
With the help of the magazine and the website www.madeinlithuania.eu quite a number of Lithuanian enterprises have found partners in other countries.
The image-creating group set the following task to the information portal – to present the possibilities of Lithuanian enterprises, the products they manufacture and the services they provide to the target business audience. Because of the current economic situation priority is given to creating and maintaining a positive image of enterprises not only in the eyes of Lithuanian customers but also the inhabitants and business representatives of other countries. Therefore in carrying out this task the image-creating group expects to improve the image of Lithuania as a state.
The objective of the portal is to encourage the growth of export of Lithuanian products, to attract investments.
The target audience is business representatives of Lithuania and other countries, as well as associated business structures. The portal is already well known in other countries of the world. This is testified to by the data on visiting the portal. WWW.MADEINLITHUANIA.EU is seen and read in the countries of Europe, Asia, South and North America and Australia. Sometimes it is also visited by inquisitive persons from some African countries.
The new information portal in the English language will be activated following programming and navigation testing, which will take about 15 days.
“Made in LT” chose the following tools for creating and maintaining the image:
- Presentation of enterprises in the portal www.madeinlithuania.eu (articles about the enterprise, products or services. Announcement of banners on the title page of the portal, placing active signs of enterprises and other important information in any section of the portal).
- The “depth” of the portal provides enterprises with the possibility to show themselves from the point of view of all issues of importance to them and any cross section – presentation of products, a search for markets, partners, and investments. The possibility of observing the feedback has been created.
- Presentation of enterprises in the magazine Made in Lithuania and its supplements Best Investments in Lithuania and Best of Lithuania will provide the possibility to encourage export and to fully disclose successful investments of Lithuania and other countries in Lithuania, to give specific examples.
- Arguments of the portal and the publications. The sign MADE IN... is well known all over the world. In many countries this sign is the sign of the country’s identification and its image. Examples: www.madeinbelgium.be, www.madeindenmark.org, www.madeinholland.nl, www.madeinjapan.jp, www.made-in.com, etc.
Made in LT offers its prospective partners various cooperation possibilities. It will be possible to enter both paid and free information that is relevant to enterprises in this portal and the magazine Made in Lithuania and its supplements, to present the enterprise’s products and services provided.
