Doleta is increasing its export volumes up to 75 per cent |
|
The leader in the Lithuanian wood windows market Private Company Doleta UAB plans to increase its export volumes up to 75 per cent in 2009, which is more than 15 per cent than in 2008 when 50 per cent of the Company’s production was exported annually.
According to the Head of Doleta Liutauras Daubara, export growth is forecasted because of the planned presentation of new products to a foreign market and a rapidly growing demand for wood windows in some foreign markets.
“We are valued on foreign markets for innovations in production, high quality products, their ecological nature and the segmental supply of mass and non-standard production, therefore with the number of orders increasing, we are forecasting a more extensive development of export than last year”, stated Liutauras Daubara.
According to the Head of Doleta, this year, like in the past year, it is planned to export the larger part of standard and new exclusive products to the states of Eastern, Northern and Western Europe, and also the possibility is considered to enter the markets of Asian countries.
“The Japanese market is especially favourable to realisation of the Company’s production. We have already established relations with construction companies, architects and other partners of that country, hence in the immediate future we plan to start exporting both standard products and products intended for that market”, states Liutauras Daubara.
According to the Head of the Company, this year should be favourable to the development of export because at the present time foreign markets are not overfilled with the supply of such modern and high-quality products as Doleta is going to offer.
The Private Company Doleta UAB is engaged in manufacture of wood-aluminium windows, facades and doors. The Company is famous for unique construction solutions, it exports a large part of its production to Ukraine, Israel, Greece, the USA, the countries of the CIS, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland and other Western European states. At the present time the Company employs more than 140 workers. In 2008 the Company derived steady income. Last year, like in the year 2007, the Company’s turnover amounted to LTL 28 million.
